Each Flax & Fancy piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping. Because natural gemstones are beautifully imperfect, tiny inclusions or variations in color and texture are completely normal ā and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.
If youāre not completely happy with your purchase, you have up toĀ 14 daysĀ from the day of purchase to return your item.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
