Refund policy

Due to the personalized one-of-a-kind nature of all my pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All measurements are listed in detail above and in every product listing. Please measure and order accordingly to ensure that the piece will be the perfect fit for you! 

All Flax & Fancy pieces are carefully tested and inspected for excellent quality prior to shipping. As stated within every product listing, when purchasing items with gemstones there is no such thing as perfect. Each stone has their own variation and look. Any scratches or inclusions in the stone is what makes each piece unique and one of kind! Embrace them and enjoy them in all their beauty!

 

Any damage or defect may be the result of the carrier(s) delivery of your purchase. If your piece has arrived with damage as result of shipping, please file a claim with the shipping service used. Please email flaxandfancy@gmail.com if you need assistance in doing so. 

If you believe there is damage/defect that is not from a shipping incident, please email me at flaxandfancy@gmail.com with an image of your piece showing the damage/defect and I will contact you to discuss creating a similar replacement piece as soon as possible. In order for a replacement piece to be created, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
