Custom pieces are my absolute favorite things to make. There's nothing better than taking someone's vision — a meaningful stone, a color palette, a feeling — and turning it into something they'll wear for years.

Whether you're looking for a gift, a milestone piece, or just something you've been picturing in your head and can't find anywhere, I'd love to create it with you.

How it works:

1. Purchase this listing — This $25 design fee is your first step, and it goes directly toward your final invoice. Nothing extra, nothing wasted.

2. Send me your ideas — After checkout, reply to your confirmation email with your vision. You can send me a color combo, inspo photo, properties you'd like your piece to have, etc. The more detail the better, but 'I want something calming in blues and greens' works just as well.

3. I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days — I'll provide stone suggestions, design ideas, and a quote for the full piece. We'll go back and forth until it feels exactly right.

4. Once we agree on the design, I'll send you an invoice for the remaining amount, your $25 is already applied. Production time is typically 3–7 days.

5. Your piece ships beautifully packaged, ready to wear or gift.

Pricing:

Most custom pieces range from $35 -$150 depending on stones and complexity. Your $25 is always applied — I'll always give you a clear quote before any work begins so there are no surprises.

Each Flax & Fancy piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping. Because natural gemstones are beautifully imperfect, tiny inclusions or variations in color and texture are completely normal — and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved before being shipped back.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Flax & Fancy pieces are made to last — but a little care goes a long way:

Avoid prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes, oils, or harsh chemicals.
Remove before exercising, swimming, showering, or sleeping to preserve their beauty and longevity.

Crafted with gold-filled and sterling silver beads, selected for their quality and lasting beauty.

Roll your bracelets on and off gently — don't stretch or pull.
Avoid excessive moisture and chemicals to protect the gemstones, metal accents, and elastic.

Rings:
Crafted with gold- and/or silver-plated beads for beautiful, everyday wear.

Roll your rings on and off gently — don't stretch or pull.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals to preserve the plated finish.
Handle with care, as plating may naturally wear over time.

Necklaces:
Crafted with gold-filled and sterling silver beads, along with gold-plated sterling silver and sterling silver chains, clasps, and wires, depending on the design.

Tarnishing and natural wear may occur over time, particularly with plated components.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals to preserve the metal finishes.
Avoid chemical cleaners, as they can damage natural gemstones and delicate plating.

Natural Gemstones:
Each gemstone is unique and deserves a little extra care.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and harsh chemicals.
Gently wipe stones with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their natural beauty.

Storage Tip:
Keep your jewelry in a soft pouch, jewelry box, or a cool, dry place — like your Flax & Fancy bag — to protect it from moisture and scratches.
