Because of their unique qualities and my limited quantities, I’m unable to provide individual photos for each stone. Consider it part of the charm — your pendant will be thoughtfully selected with care, ensuring it’s just as beautiful, special and one-of-a-kind as you are!

When purchasing items with gemstones, there is no such thing as perfect. Each stone has their own variation and look. Any scratches or inclusions in the stone is what makes each piece unique and one of kind! Embrace them and enjoy them in all their beauty!
Return / Exchange Policy
Each Flax & Fancy piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping. Because natural gemstones are beautifully imperfect, tiny inclusions or variations in color and texture are completely normal — and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the day of purchase to return your item.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
- Refunds are processed once the item is received back in its original condition.
- Items missing components (e.g., one earring) or returned damaged will not be eligible for refund.
- Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Caring for Your Jewelry
Flax & Fancy pieces are made to last — but a little care goes a long way:
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
- Gently clean with a soft cloth.
- Avoid prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
- Remove before exercising, swimming, or sleeping to preserve brilliance and longevity.
Bracelets & Rings:
Crafted with gold-filled and sterling silver beads, which are hypoallergenic and resistant to tarnishing.
- Roll your bracelets and rings on and off gently — don’t stretch or pull.
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, oils, and chemicals.
Necklaces:
Made with gold-plated and sterling silver chains, clasps, and wires.
- Tarnishing can naturally occur with wear. Simply polish gently with a jewelry cloth.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they can damage natural gemstones.
Storage Tip:
Keep your jewelry in a soft pouch, jewelry box, or a cool, dry place — like your Flax & Fancy bag — to protect it from moisture and scratches.
With a little extra love, your jewelry will stay as vibrant and special as the day you received it.
