Custom pieces are my absolute favorite things to make. There's nothing better than taking someone's vision — a meaningful stone, a color palette, a feeling — and turning it into something they'll wear for years.
Whether you're looking for a gift, a milestone piece, or just something you've been picturing in your head and can't find anywhere, I'd love to create it with you.

How it works:
1. Purchase this listing — This $25 design fee is your first step, and it goes directly toward your final invoice. Nothing extra, nothing wasted.
2. Send me your ideas — After checkout, reply to your confirmation email with your vision. You can send me a color combo, inspo photo, properties you'd like your piece to have, etc. The more detail the better, but 'I want something calming in blues and greens' works just as well.
3. I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days — I'll provide stone suggestions, design ideas, and a quote for the full piece. We'll go back and forth until it feels exactly right.
4. Once we agree on the design, I'll send you an invoice for the remaining amount, your $25 is already applied. Production time is typically 3–7 days.
5. Your piece ships beautifully packaged, ready to wear or gift.
Pricing:
Most custom pieces range from $35 -$150 depending on stones and complexity. Your $25 is always applied — I'll always give you a clear quote before any work begins so there are no surprises.

Return / Exchange Policy
Each Flax & Fancy piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping. Because natural gemstones are beautifully imperfect, tiny inclusions or variations in color and texture are completely normal — and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the day of purchase to return your item.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
- Refunds are processed once the item is received back in its original condition.
- Items missing components (e.g., one earring) or returned damaged will not be eligible for refund.
- Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Caring for Your Jewelry
Flax & Fancy pieces are made to last — but a little care goes a long way:
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
- Gently clean with a soft cloth.
- Avoid prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
- Remove before exercising, swimming, or sleeping to preserve brilliance and longevity.
Bracelets & Rings:
Crafted with gold-filled and sterling silver beads, which are hypoallergenic and resistant to tarnishing.
- Roll your bracelets and rings on and off gently — don’t stretch or pull.
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, oils, and chemicals.
Necklaces:
Made with gold-plated and sterling silver chains, clasps, and wires.
- Tarnishing can naturally occur with wear. Simply polish gently with a jewelry cloth.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they can damage natural gemstones.
Storage Tip:
Keep your jewelry in a soft pouch, jewelry box, or a cool, dry place — like your Flax & Fancy bag — to protect it from moisture and scratches.
