Each Flax & Fancy piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping. Because natural gemstones are beautifully imperfect, tiny inclusions or variations in color and texture are completely normal — and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved before being shipped back.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
